Last night, the touch screen on my Ionic tracker stopped responding to any sort of touch or swipe. I tried the reboot by holding down all 3 buttons for several seconds until the Fitbit logo appeared, but unfortunately that did not work. I also tried a hard reboot, holding down all 3 button and releasing bottom right button. Had to completely re-set up my Ionic via the Fitbit app and still got the attached error message. The touch screen is still unresponsive. Any thoughts out there? Hoping this thing hasn't crapped out on me.
