My ionic has a prompt that comes up "Unlock with your phone." Does anyone else have this happen with theirs? If so how do I unlock it, and how do I stop it from happening again. Thanks.

If you enter the wrong PIN on your watch 10 times in a row it becomes locked and you need to reset it via the phone the watch is connected to. There are instructions for doing this in the following help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/
