My ionic has just shut down and stopped working. It has been charged, and I have attempted all resets. Has this happened to anyone and if so is there any way to fix it?

Mine did the same today, and after searching online there seems to be a lot of others doing the same this month

Have you tried to reset it, or do a factory reset? If these don't work ring the Fitbit helpline. Mine's in warranty so I'm getting a replacement.

Hi @Robertomexico, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.
