Ionic vibration intensity

It seems my vibration intensity is weaker than the original settings.  How do I increase the vibration intensity?  I don't even feel texts or calls, which is very important to me.

i so agree. after having done a factory reset and firmware upgrade today, the "strong" vibrations are barely noticable and the "normal" ones are nothing. i used to be able to use it as an alarm clock for my early morning wake up but i don't think i can do that now.

Having to check your watch constantly to see where you are in the course of your workout (because the vibrations aren't reliable) interrupts getting into flow experiences.

when you don't have any (vibrations), then.............but new one on its way. great service. was a moment they pee'ed me off, indicating that my not feeling vibrations was sort of a thing in my head.

I Just bought the Ionic Saturday. I had the Charge 2. I noticed how little the vibrations work on Ionic (even at Strong setting, no difference between normal or strong) compared to my Charge 2. I did online chat with Fitbit and they told me to mail it back to them. I am at a loss to do this since I see many are having this issue. Don't know if its worth sending back to them, if a new one (promised) will be any different. It sad that the Charge 2 was way better with this feature and costs so much less.

@Jvernon0424 not sure if it's gonna solve anything. The vibrations in Ionic aren't strong even if you use "strong" setting. I was quite happy using my old Charge 2 as the wake-up alarm. Ionic doesn't wake me up at all so I don't use that feature anymore.

I see that on the chats. That’s crazy since it’s one feature that I loved from my Charge 2. Why make that feature non existent on a watch that costs 150 more than the new Charge. Very disappointed.

Sorry. I can’t find a setting for vibration. Is it on the ionic or the Fitbit app?

The vibration is adjustable, though the intensity of the vibration was increased with a more recent upgrade with newer fitbits.  It works well for me!  Swipe right to left to find settings; scroll down to find the vibration prompt where you can adjust it accordingly.  Hope this helps.

Your unit seems like a worthy candidate for replacement.  I'd return it.  Hope all works out.

I don't notice much difference between the 2 vibration settings: strong and normal. They both feel weak and hardly noticeable.
