Mine isn’t connecting either. I have tried my iPhone,iPad and Kindle but it can’t be found. I’ve already had it replaced once only after a week and several hours of resetting with 3 different departments. They also made me pay the postage ($21) to return the last defective one.
Best AnswerWhen you say 'all the troubleshoots', are you including the bluetooth connection on your phone? Mine wouldn't connect last night, but after several times turning my bluetooth on and off on my phone, it finally popped up with the message it was connecting.

Best AnswerI have tried 3 different devices, turning Bluetooth on and off several times, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, removing all of my past Fitbit devices and factory resetting the watch. None of my devices can even find it!
Make sure that the Ionic is charged.
