Ionic will not sync to app

My Ionic will not fully sync to my iPhone app. My phone and app are up to date. I’ve restarted both. I’ve turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I’ve removed the Ionic from the phone Bluetooth and reconnected it. I’ve done everything I have found to do and while the steps are showing in the app, nothing else is updating and it shows it did not fully update. Now the time is even off. Basically all I have is an expensive step counter 🤨

I spoke to customer support and apparently with iPhones new iOS 15 update, even though my phones software is up to date with iOS 14, my ionic is no longer compatible with the app. 🤬

That’s extremely annoying.  Is there a plan for an update to make the ionic compatible, that you know of?

Nothing so far. I'm 2 weeks into TRYING to make it sync. I've updated my IOS to 15 and it STILL will not sync. They told me this would work, but alas, IT DID NOT!
