I currently use "My Dog Timmy" but when I try to change clock faces, my phone thinks for a while, my Fitbit vibrates and shows the Fitbit icon, but the new face doesn't show up on my Ionic. Just the dog again. Only one other, previously used face works, but it doesn't sync, and only ever shows zeros in the stats.
I've hard reset my Fitbit several times by holding down the left button and lower right button.
What else can I try?
