Ionic won't charge or turn on after factory reset

So I did a factory reset and now my Ionic won't turn on or charge. I did all the normal troubleshooting efforts. The battery was full before the reset. I contacted support and all they told me was someone will get back to me today. And if course nothing. I think I have had it for a little over a year. This is nuts since it wasn't cheap and now it's a brick. Am I out of warranty then and is that why Fitbit is just ignoring me. What else can I do?

I couldn't agree more, I tried multiple times to get help in this forum, but all they do is delete my messages. If you are being critical toward their services they will censur you.

Customer service is non-existing.. it's just sad.

Just to let you know. You have rights when you purchase goods from any shop. If the goods are faulty even if it is after the warrant has expired. I know all this stuff as my son is a ombudsman and he sorts out customer complaints every day.

He actually purchased the ionic for me at xmas and today returned it to the retailer and received a full refund. He was ready for a fight, but the retailer has had a lots returned with similar issues.

I doubt Walmart would take mine back after a year and a change. But glad you got a refund.
