When I plug my ionic in to charge, it appears to be charging but it won’t budge off 0% charged and as soon as I unplug it goes off again

Hi @Dazzler1971 Have you tried restarting it several times? If not, give it a go and then try charging again. Also have a look at THIS Help Article on charging problems. Please come back if that does nothing to help.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ionic is not charging. Thank you for the time you spent trying to get it resolved. I noticed that you contacted Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to find a way to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
