I did not use or charge my Iconic for 2 weeks. Now, I cannot get a charge. I’ve tried holding buttons for 5 seconds, etc. the charging cord is good. Suggestions?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
