Ionic won’t start

Hi FitBit Team and community.

 

I have already tried several options how to recover my Ionic.
My Ionic gave up after I went swimming.

First it battery dropped within 10min from 50% until the screen turned off.

Charging it did not help it only got hot. 

 

Hoping for help here.
