Ionic won't turn back on

Fitbit turned off on it's own and won't turn back on. The green light on the back stays lit. Anyone know what's going on?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if it turns on after doing so.
