My 18 month Fitbit Ionic was 82% charged before it completely stopped working. There are now no lights present or buttons that work. No life in the watch even if I try to put it on charge?
Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.

Hi @James2010, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @RicardoFitbit and @James2010 ,
I have a very similar issue.
I went to bed at 43% battery, and woke up with a big 0% on the screen. I have tried to restart by holding the back button and lower button to no avail, no fitbit logo after 15 seconds, just back to 0% on the screen. It has now been on the charger for 2 days and still the only image I get on the screen is a big 0%.
Ready for the bin and to move on to other products

Hi @Sbsocha,
I have, but several months ago, with no issues until now.

I’ve tried restarting, nothing happens.
