I have had an ionic for about 2 years or so. a couple of weeks ago it kept turning off so i attempted a factory reset. It originally showed 0% on the watch face when plugged in now there is nothing. I have tried all of the hold button resets, cleaned the connectors but nothing. I cannot get the watch to do anything at all, yet my app states the ionic linked is at 85%.
any suggestions before i go back to Garmin?
