My ionic will not charge. Its less than a year old. Have tried restarting but it still wont charge. Anyone have ideas on fixing?

Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems is at:

 

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/

 

As it says at the end of that, if those suggestions don't work then it's best to contact customer support.
