Hi .. have an ionic and after an update a few days ago its been playing up no end and last night decided to give up the ghost completely. Has been on charge for 4 hours, totally black screen, no sensor lights, wont restart, wont turn on wont actually do anything .. seems the update has killed it, not very happy at all .. any help would be much appreciated

Woke up this morning to a completely dead Ionic. It was fully charged last night. Can't get it to turn on at all. I didn't do the update, not sure if it tried to auto-update or not.
Edited to add, it looks like the last time it connected was at 8:33 this morning before it died.

My ionic watch won’t charge. I got it for Christmas and now it won’t work. Can’t restart because it won’t turn on. What do I do now????

Support team is offering me a 25% discount on a new Fitbit. Since this was a problem FITBIT created with a faulty update experienced by many customers, I feel they should replace my Ionic if they cannot fix it. Poor customer support!
