hello I need help my Fitbit ionic does not turn on and I already tried to restart it and nothing appears on the screen and when I connect it to the charger nothing appears on the screen I don't know if it's broken

Hi, @Madrem1_w , did the battery die completely before this happened?  Sometimes that can make your Fitbit unresponsive.  I would suggest putting it on to charge, even if it does not appear to be charging (but do make sure that it is a working charging plug).  Give it a good two hours to charge and then try the reset again.  You may have to hold the buttons for longer than the suggested time, or repeat the procedure several times.
