the Fitbit logo is flashing on my screen. I have tried performing a hard reset (holding all three buttons) nothing happens. It won’t hold a charge. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, how did you fix it?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to remove your Ionic from Bluetooth settings and set it up again to your account.

I'm having the same problem. Tried hard reset. Tried to disconnect and reconnect to phone. Watch just flashes logo on and off. App won't detect watch. Worked well until Aug then started flashing. Had time to look at it today again, left it charged for hours. And went through steps to reset. Reconnect to Bluetooth. Noticed that the watch said firmware was updated same day and about the same time the watch stopped working.
Any ideas
