Lost my Ionic in SLC

Hello,

I lost my Ionic in Salt Lake City ("the Benches") while walking the dog.

 I took a Bluetooth Scanner and wandered the same route 3 times - no luck.

At this point I think it is gone.

I checked my account and it gave me a status on the day I lost it.  If some did have it and used it - would that status change?

Am I at any risk?  There are no payments, but notifications were turned on.

What should I do?   Thoughts?

PS prices for new Ionics are still quite high after a year of being on the market....ouch!

I'm sorry you lost it.

You probably wouldn't know if someone had it. They would have to set up their own account to use it.

If they didn't know how then you might see a change on your account

I would go into your account and turn off notifications though

Also if you contact support they normally give a discount on buying a new one

Hello,

I contacted FiBi and they offered me discounts on new Ionics, but after two years and the price still being high, I went for the heavily discounted Versa Lite!

I am grateful FiBi came through for me.  I lost it, my fault - they were great!  Appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
