More poor customer service by fitbit

So second Fitbit breaks on Christmas Eve day before warranty is expired. Supposedly shipped out on December 26th...will take 8 days to get to New Jersey?? Wow I could drive there in 12 hours

@Cordie, that appears to be an issue with FedEx, not Fitbit Customer Service.

Normally I would agree however this same exact thing happened when my last one broke. I dropped it in a fedex box and from there it went to the post office....hmmmm that doesn’t sound like fedex...it took nearly two weeks for my Fitbit to arrive at the Fitbit warehouse!! Then they overnighted my new one fedex.....now that sounds more like normal fedex service
