Music isn't transferring to Ionic

I bought my ionic early this year mostly for the music capabilities. It was working fine at first, but now it wont stay connected to wi-fi, my deezer playlists will not update, it starts to download music, but stops at 11%...I've literally tried for days to download my small amount of music...it also now seems to be over doing my calorie burn. I've done everything except put back to factory settings...which I just tried to do because of my frustrations and it wont let me into my settings!!!! UGH!!! I am REALLY regretting my purchase, I have invested so much time trying to get this figured out!!! Is anyone else having these same issues? This is unacceptable for a piece of technology that is at this price point...I will NEVER buy fitbit again!

Welcome to the Community @Kimmysuz. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience in the forums.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to download music to your Ionic. I appreciate the troubleshooting you've tried in order to transfer your music. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you with this.

Regarding the calories burned you're getting, keep in mind that they will be calculated based in your BMR and your every day activities, you can learn more about it by checking this article: How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
