Had my Iconic for a year, the battery died, tried charging over night, won’t turn on. Cleaned the back still won’t turn on. No lights or anything. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately same exact thing happened to me 2 days ago
Cleaned the back connection, have tried different chargers, etc. Only a sporadic red blip on the back of the watch when charging. Charged it overnight. No buttons work, totally dead.
Any suggestions?

It’s disheartening. You pay a lot of money for these and they quit just like that. Year is just up on mine

This just happened to me this morning. I had charged it to 100% last night and it was working fine. I went for my walk this morning and it alerted me that I had hit my 10,000th step, so it was working just a couple of hours ago. I tried to check the time a few minutes ago, and nothing. No display, no response to button press, nothing. Came on line and found instructions for restart. You hold down the back button and the bottom button at the same time until the display comes on. That seemed to work, but the display came up and only showed 0% battery charge. I've put it back on the charger to see if it recovers, Seems strange to go from 100% charge to 0% charge in less than twelve hours. I usually get at least 4 days on a charge.

I learned my lesson a few years ago after my Surge crapped out and then my Wife's ... never again

have you tried resetting it by holding down all 3 buttons for at least 20-30secs and see if it reboots? might have to do it a few times as well.
