I updated the Fitbit napp today. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. My phone shows my Fitbit is connected to it. It is not recording anything but my manual input of water intake. Not syncing my steps, exercise or heart rate. Did not track my sleep last night either. Not sure what else I can do. I have only had my Ionic since February.

I did the same thing~downloaded the latest version, then uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It has not synced since last night. This after missing three full days of steps last week. I am about done after 5 years. I hope our problems are quickly resolved, but I can find no reason for this out of the blue.

@IULF @Kriyaban Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic not syncing.
Are you still experiencing the same? I'd recommend performing a restart on your watch. You can also reboot your phone and try syncing.
If non of that helps. Please try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. Try the steps in the order given for best results.
