I have had my Ionic for a year and 3 months and now it will not charge or turn on. Seems like it is completely dead.
Started having issues when it stopped tracking my heart rate and the battery rapidly declined. Now it just straight up wont turn on.
This is really sad because I enjoyed using it until now. For their most expensive watch, Fitbit should ensure it is going to last longer than a year. They offered a discount code, but I will be moving on from Fitbit. I don't want to pay for another watch that will die within a year. Hopefully, other potential Ionic users will take notice and go with something else worth their money.
