Like many others I have read in this forum the Ionic watch stopped working after one year when the warranty has expired. The only consolation is getting a 25% discount on the next one. This is not good enough for a watch that was a cosiderable investment..
Many other IT products allow you to return your purchase for either repair or replacement within a much longer time period. Because Fitbit tracks your data, consumers are likely to remain loyal and " buck up" for another watch. I have read several comments where consumers have done this only to have the watch expire once again.
Although I was happy with the Ionic, I am very disappointed with this outcome and will not being purchasing another.
My feedback.
