My watch went dead over night. I can not get it to charge up and I have tried to restart. The issue is that it needs an update but the battery will not charge so I can’t update. One needs the other. HELP someone!!

i have tried multiple locations to charge as I had seen as a suggestion.  What now??

I appreciate the research that you did before posting. I would like you to confirm that you've tried the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If you get it working, then try these steps to update your firmware version.
