I have tried to update a few times over the last couple of days. Keeps getting stuck on installing. Done it 2 times overnight for a t least 8 hours each time. When I reboot the watch and ignore the update my exercise and coach apps do not open. Getting a little frustrated
Yes. Ionic is connected to WiFi and it just stays in installing for hours at a time nothing happens. Then when I do a shutdown and turn it back on. Still calls for an update and a few apps will not pull up.
I have the same problem. I was updating my Ionic using my ipad and it displayed "installing" for hours. I finally reset it by hitting all 3 buttons and holding them down. It seems to be ok but I can't manage to do the update.
