No heartrate on Exercise app

The app description shows a picture of a clock face with the exercise app open and heartrate showing. I can’t seem to get it to show. Any help?

Before starting your workout, etc. Select the gear in the top left corner, then Customize Stats. You can set what you want to view during your workout there. Select Heart Rate for one of the items.

Your settings will stick until you change it.

FYI, just found out with the latest firmware update I am having issues with the setting sticking after closing the app and starting it again.

I have to do that as well. Not sure when the last firmware update was but it's been doing that since you gave me the solution. That was a bit deflating, lol 🙂
