It may well have reached its end of life as it's quite old and, if it has, the battery cannot be replaced. However, it's worth going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues in the hope that it's fixable:

Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. Even though you will be out of warranty they may be able to help in some way.
