Everything has a warranty. Fitbit is here
https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty
All most all companies will not replace anything under accidental causes.
Maybe read the warranties before you buy?

Wendy,
I received the tracker as a gift and have not even had the product for a month.

I would be grateful for the offer of 25% off another fitbit product. After all the screen was cracked/broken when you had an accident and fell. I understand it is disappointing, but you are lucky they are offering anything, most companies wouldn't.

I got my new car replaced after it hit another in an accident and damaged the wing. I argued that any manufacturer who makes a car has got to expect it to be on the road with other cars and therefore likely to be in an accident at some point. It should be able to withstand accidental damage therefore.
Oh wait, no I didn’t.
