Hi Fitbit Team,

 

I want to transfer music to my Ionic - but when I installed the App on my MacBook, at the stage where you can choose which tracker to set up there is a small line at the bottom which state that Ionic, Versa, Aria 2, Ace and Charge 3 can be set up only by mobile device - so how can I transfer music to my Ionic?

@Shetland_Lad  I am going to start with this disclaimer -- I am a Mac user, but I haven't transferred any music.  I always have my phone with me and my musical taste exceeds the song limit.

 

That said, once your Ionic is set up on your phone, you don't have to set up the device again on your MacBook.  Here is a link to the Help article that tells you how to transfer music.  There are also a number of videos on youtube that will help you.

@Shetland_Lad If you are still experiencing difficulties after following the steps on @LZeeW's response, please visit this article with instructions to resolve problems downloading music to your Fitbit Ionic.
