Lately I am not getting any notifications anymore! Also no calls. In my settings of the Fitbit App and my device (Iphone 7) notifications are on, so not sure why I am not getting any.

Please help!

I have the same problem that I see very many have with the ionic clock. in the app i have all the information such as the number of steps, pulse etc. but this information does not come up on the clock. I am now starting to lose my patience, there must soon be a solution or this watch is worthless and I will return it where I bought it.

I had got other notifications except for sms messages. I removed Fitbit app from my iPhone and downloaded it again and then I went to message settings and I choose persistent and now everything works.

@MidoriC Thanks for troubleshooting this matter with me, your effort and patience are appreciated. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not receiving any notifications or just one of them? Also, which mobile device you're currently using? @Mortensolheim Thanks for bringing this to my attention, according to your post, you're not having difficulties with the notifications of your Ionic right? Can you please provide me with more information regarding your concern? Is your Ionic recording data but not showing your daily activity on the device itself but you're able to sync it and check your stats on the Fitbit app?

Still no solution! Sometimes if I try something like downloading the Fitbitt App again, turn bluetooth on/off, Reboot my fitbit device etc. Notifications come back to my device. Only it's a matter of time before I don't get any notifications.. very annoying...

Hello,

I also have the same issue where my ionic no longer vibrates and sends a notification when I receive calls and text messages.  I have tried all the trouble shooting and still does not work.

HELP PLEASE!

If you press the single button on the left of the Ionic it shows screen wake and notifications. Select on for the notifications. It seems that an update turned it off. Hope this helps.

Hi nic.nak,

I just realized after reading your post that if I swipe down on the watch face there are text messages and missed call notifications on my Fitbit ionic watch BUT I don't actually get them at the time they are being received also.

It must have been either the firmware update or the last android app update that has this bug.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, I hope they understand the issue better now.
