Not seeing set timezone automatically option

My FitBit Ionic does not have a Set Automatically Time Zone option under advance settings so it will not update the time automatically whilst I am travelling abroad. Al forums tell me to set the automatic Time Zone option under advance settings in the FitBit App but I do not have that option. The only option I have is to change the time zones manually

A warm welcome to the Community @ZXKAB! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. If you're travelling between timezone, they might not update automatically. This is why you need to set this setting, you can check the settings that you need to follow in this article What should I know about traveling with my Fitbit?. 

If after checking the steps above mentioned you're still not able to set the timezone automatically. Please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your app and the phone that you're using as well.

Hi, I also do not see the "Automatic" option in the timezones tab under advance settings. I can see all other time zones apart from automatic. There is no need for a screen shot as there would be too many time zones to screen shot to show you that "Automatic" is not there

I would like you to confirm that you're following these instructions in your Fitbit app. If you go to the online Dashboard, you won't see this option. 

Check below the steps to change it: 

- Go to your Fitbit app 

- Tap on your profile picture 

- Scroll down and choose Advanced Settings

- Tap on Automatic time zone
