The fit bit syncs exercise data, but I don't get messages text messages on my IONIC like before and when and if calls come through to the IONIC they say unknown number when it is clearly a saved contact in my phone.

@JZ2878 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with your Ionic. 

Since your text and call notifications aren't working as before, please try the troubleshooting posted in this article. 

In regards to the calls that are showing as unknown caller even though it's a contact in your phone. I would like you to double check that your Fitbit app has access to your calls and all the permissions were given. 

Last but not least, please ensure that you have a compatible operating system which for Android is 7.0 or higher.
