I have a Fitbit ionic the messages on the fit won't clear after hitting the all clear button. What do I do to clear them from the fitbit

I'll be happy to help you clear the notifications on your Ionic. I will also be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.
I'd recommend that you try restarting your Fitbit. That should clear the notifications that won't go away.

Best AnswerOnly have had my ionic 2 days and the clear all does not delete the messages. How can I delete.. One stays on all the time. Gives notice action failed.

Best AnswerI’ve restarted my Fitbit ionic at least 3 times everyday for the last few weeks. Still some notifications will not clear. I’ve even turned off certain notifications & then back on. What is going on? Also, text messages & phone calls don’t always appear. I’ve only had the watch for a few months, is it defective???

Best AnswerSo Fitbit has been working on this issue for 8 months with no sign of success- has Fitbit thought of the possibility of hiring qualified software designers and programmers?
Very disappointed with how erratic fitbit ionic notifications work including the failure to clear messages. You acknowledged this problem back in January this year and still happening. Any solution yet?
