With my Samsung S8 being supported i was shocked when i performed the upgrade to find the notifications for calls and texted stopped working.
Yes i have trawled through the community and tried every combination of disabling restarting you can think of but nothing.
It has to be an issue since the upgrade as it never happened before. Trust my my job tells me this is the only logical solution, FitBit need to roll back the update to the working version and test it properly before re-releasing it again.
Contacted support, via an email address i found as the website has been taken down and redirects to Force.com and an email fieldtestingfitbit@gmail yes you've been hacked..., This is day 5 no reply.
They know this is an issue but are saying nothing, I wonder who will fix their system first TSB or FITBIT - perhaps its time FitBit got the same bad press for not testing as TSB did, working on it
Anyone else got the same issue??

Hi
Yes sounds like me I emailed supportnopened a ticket chased 3 times no reply. Yesterday I got fed up waiting so started a chat session. They have people on there who take you through a series of resets, turning on and off and even a factory reset. You and I know nothing will work apart from removing the update. Anyway now another team have contacted me asking me where and when I bought it. In my case a christmas present. I understand this is with a view to replacing the watch.
I would suggest you start a chat with them as I believe this is the only resolution, they clearly don't react to emails. One tip though make sure you are At home on your home Wi-Fi as this is part of the process, silly me started a chat session with FB at work. Also if you know, the watch only connects to Wi-Fi at 2.4ghz most modern routers have dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz, fit bit devices haven't caught up with 5ghz yet. Sorry for the long reply

Rich have you got the ionic and upgraded to version 27.32.10.15? That was in my first post the moderator removed. FB support telling me this is very common. The new upgrade included notifications quick replies via the watch.
FB support so far asked when and where i got the watch now gone silent again - very poor customer service, maybe time to get the Samsung smart watch after 2 years with FitBit 😞
