One side of the display is unresponsive

My ionic touch screen stopped working on the right side of the screen. The very left edge is still responsive. I was able to navigate through the menu enough to perform a factory reset. Unfortunately the touch screen still doesn't work right.

This all started when the battery died. When I charged and restarted the ionic the right side of the touch screen wasn't responding to input.

Hello @Jnewten, welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and your effort troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to change your Ionic clock face in the Fitbit app. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

Keep me posted.

thankyou for the suggestion. I tried switching watch faces from gauges to cinemagraph. Unfortunately that still did not help.

I think I'm having this same issue.  Any idea how to resolve it?
