Hi all,
I have a new Ionic, but I'm not seeing the blood oxygen monitoring graph show up under my sleep reports yet. Is there a way to force the update?
Thanks,
Justin

No, we just have to wait until the rollout reaches us.
Does anyone know if the Ionic needs a particular firmware version to get to oxygen monitoring working? Mine's on quite an old one, but I won't update it because of the bugs and broken features that the newer versions bring.
Best AnswerAs far as i was aware this function doesn't work, I don't know if Fitbit have any plans to enable it.
Best AnswerThis thread indicates that the PulseOx feature should finally be rolled out for Ionics by the end of this month.https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Estimated-Oxygen-Variability-is-live-D/td-p/3954507/page/5
I won't hold my breath as I have been waiting for over 2 years to get this feature. It was the only reason I upgraded to the Ionic. I should have waited for the Charge 3 as I don't need a colour screen or fancy apps.
