Permanent Green Light Ionic

The green light suddenly stays on permanently on my Ionic. It’s not flashing, a constant bright green light. It also shows a heart rate of 77 when I’m not wearing it.  It’s like a flashlight that is always on. It’s draining my battery in a day. 

I’ve tried resetting probably 10 times and also the shut down in the settings. I’ve updated and synced. It’s maybe a year old

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since you mentioned that your Ionic's battery seems to be draining please try the troubleshooting posted in this article. 

Regarding the green light that keeps flashing please confirm that you followed this procedure to restart it.

Did I say it was flashing? Did you even read my post? No, I specifically said it wasn’t. Just got off the phone with you guys and my watch is screwed and your only response was to offer me another 35% off LIKE used on this watch when my last one screwed up right out of warranty. I was 6 months out of warranty this time I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I appreciate that you mentioned you have contacted our Support team and they provided a discount, each case is reviewed individually and the option provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty. 

Hope you could give Fitbit another opportunity in the future.
