Phone will not sync with watch

Have a iPhone that will not sync with watch , have set Bluetooth up and when I try to set up notification like sms to watch it says needs to be paired which I have already done .

Watch take ages to connect  then no connection .

Hey @Kanel, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, what iPhone model do you have? In the meantime, if you haven't, I'd like you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
