Polyline on Fitbit Ionic Strava App

Since the new # polylines have become available on the Strava app, the polyline has disappeared from the Strava app on my Fitbit Ionic. It’s a small thing - still syncing /showing my run but not the line. Just something I liked seeing. Is that a fault ? Or is that something to take up with Strava?  Thanks in advance folks - syncing with Apple iPhone 8. All up to date on iOS updates

Hi @Laurac259 , thank you for informing us about the polylines on the Strava app. In this case I'll advice you to contact Strava for further information.

I contacted Strava support. They do not see this as a Strava issue. As far as they are concerned the activity is being pulled through to the Strava app on the Fitbit ionic. The issue is the display of the activity.  . The polyline is missing from the activity on the Strava app on my Fitbit Ionic.  Regards Laura
