hi,
My ionic recently does not automatically turn on the screen when i turn my wrist, every time when i want to see the time/steps, i always have to press the button.
Can someone show me how to fix? i have tried every ways except for factory reset as i don't want to loose all my music...

Press and hold the left button for a couple of seconds until you get the settings for screen wake and notifications. Make sure screen wake is on auto.

“Can someone show me how to fix?”
1 Press and hold the single left side button.
2 Then swipe right until you see “Screen Wake”
3 Tap that icon and “Switch it from Manual to Auto”
Try it and see if this works for you.
