I bought my Ionic at the end of december 2017. The first month it was great! But since an update nothing but trouble. Since then it don't get any notifications from my phone. I lived with the problem until now I was sick of it. Now I did the reset and now i have the issue with the clock error. I have it 4 months and only 1 month it was working as it should be. Please arrange this issue fast because it' very frustrating. Greetings from Belgium.

If you're not getting notifications, make sure you're giving the Fitbit app permissions and also check within the app to make sure notifications are setup properly. I've not experienced this issue.
I have the same issue. I can only see my clock face. I have no apps and cannot access any of the apps I had on the unit to start exercises, etc. The watch is pretty much useless other than to tell time and track my steps. When will this be fixed??
I got my Ionic new today. If this is not fixed by tomorrow it is going back for a refund.
