When will this be resolved? Does this happen often I just received my Iconic and it's already not working??? not good.

I'm getting the same thing only just bought it and have tried to set it UK but all I get on the screen is clock error and can't do anything with it have I got a faulty watch do I return it? It's a lot of money for something that can't be used this is my first fitbit and so far seams a waste of money

I am not having clock issues, I am having an ENTIRE watch issue since the update! I have tried all the fixes people have posted, one I had to remove my device, uninstall the fitbit app, re-install it, add a new device, and after all of that it worked for like 6 hours then just nothing. Screen is black....plug it in, says the battery is DEAD, wait for it to get to 100%, put it back on and only minutes later the screen goes black again, plug it in, says its charging but already at 99% (since it shut off almost immediately). This has been going on for like a week! What do I need to do to get it to just WORK, count my steps.... everything else can wait I just need it to work a little! Is this an issue with the update? Or is this something that is just my problem???

I am having this problem for a awhile now and I can't sync my fitbit to my phone and i am having the face clock problem to.

I completely agree with this, and was thinking the same thing!! I want to just go back to before the update! Everything was fine then... I am so frustrated I have cried about this more than once....I lost my job a few months ago so when I updated my watch to the ionic my husband was soooo mad that I spent that kind of money, but I HAD worked and saved to do this since my old ones (I think the surge maybe) screen got cracked at work, and had been covered with scotch tape for like a year. Now its not working, and I'm upset about it and my husband just reminds me that maybe I shouldn't have "wasted money without a job on a stupid watch that doesn't even work".... I have been a fitbit user for MANY years, total I think ive had 4 different ones, but when I upgraded I usually gave my old one to a friend except for the one with scotch tape on it, but I cant even find that one to fall back on! My life is a big mess of crap for real, and the one good thing I have is now useless and I'm gonna lose my s*it soon!

I'm having similar issues.  Please notify me when fixed so I can stop trying different to get it to work.  I'll ignore the problems until I am told that the problem has been identified and fitbit can tell me what to do .

had to exchange my ionic today,so ive tried setting it up all looks ok,but wont let me go onto anything keeps coming clock error,so i go to pick a clock and nothing is coming up its just a blank screen,ive restarted it 3 times nothing is working...Help

And would like to add, issues forcing a weather app is crazy!  I would NEVER have picked that clock face if I was aware in three days I would have to PURCHASE a weather app!  And now I can't change back as you are having an issue, so fitbit is useless at the moment.  Is there a way to obtain weather thru another weather application than BIG WEATHER????

I am endlessly frustrated with FitBit. I am just going to order a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier and I am going to trash this thing. If FitBit is going to continue to have such significant issues with software then they can lose a customer or two. I had a temporary clock face that apparently expired...so now I can't even get a clock face until you finally decide to fix your problem Fitbit. This has already taken WAY TOO LONG.

Yet another, one of many, problems with thickbit. Can't solve the issues of non compatibility with popular phones and only 3 banks in the UK which no one as ever heard of. Now we can't access it.

Bet they don't have any problems in their beloved America who get everything!!

I can see the clock faces but I Can't get it to sync with my fitbit. Any suggesting on what I Should do.

I have done the same thing too I’m using using my Blaze and it’s working much better then the watch I spent $300 on.
