Recording water not working

Water is not recording properly.

 

On the Fitbit - I'll enter water - as an example - 16 oz of water.

The Fitbit replies that 16 oz of water was recorded at xx:xx pm.

 

Then the Fitbit records 0.05 oz of water.  Confirmed on the app on my phone.

 

How do we go about fixing this?

In this case, you may want to delete the wrong entries and re-add them directly to your mobile app.
