Folks, when all else fails, try resetting your Ionic. Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release.
The reset has always worked for me when things get hookie and hopefully will for you as well!

Hello @geminidaisy and Welcome! After you do a reset, your Ionic should automatically start and return to your Clock Face.
Hope this helped and please post back if you need further assistance. Thanks and keep on stepping!

I’ve had it with Fitbit, this is a replacement ionic, trying to get it set up it got stuck on the watch error, no amount of resets fixed that problem, I tried that hard reset and now I have now way to turn it on, it isn’t responding...

A warm welcome to the Community @Cookiemateo. Thanks for the full reset that you tried. If you're getting any clock face error message, you may want to restart your Ionic and then change the clock face to a different one.
Since, you mentioned that after you did a hard reset it isn't turning on. Please charge it and try to do a restart.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Proceed with caution...I don't recommend this option. It totally killed my Ionic.

Welcome to the Community @tamijobenson and @Cookiemateo it's great to see you here.
I am sorry to hear about your devices. Can you please be more specific about this? What was the issue you were experiencing? It's weird to hear that a restart process can do this.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I tried resetting several times and still had a problem, so I tried the factory reset instructions from ThePhoenixUK in that thread:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Resetting-Your-Ionic/m-p/2253375/highlight/true#M9425
That is what killed my device. It will no longer turn on.

Here's the Factory Reset Procedure too in case anyone needs it and can't do via the App or Watch the normal way:
Remove the Ionic from your account.
Delete the bluetooth pairing.
Press and hold all buttons on the device.
Wait until the Fitbit logo disappears, then release the bottom right button.
Wait until you feel a vibration, then release the other buttons.
You will probably see a red X message, just ignore that and setup the device again.
Thanks!

@Wturner1214 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with Ionic not turning its screen on. Thanks for sharing that it still vibrates when a notifications is received.
In this case, you could try performing the restart steps while the watch is charging. I've seen other users getting this solved by trying this.
Something else you can try is changing the clock face on your watch. You do this from the Fitbit app. Just make sure it syncs properly.
@Wilkie It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing your help on this thread.
@Bamafit Welcome to the Fitbit Community! You are welcome. I'm glad you were able to find some help in the Fitbit forums.
