Screen Wake function gone

Since the last Fitbit update the Screen Awake function is gone from the swipe right and now the main screen no longer comes up with arm movement.

The Screen Wake setting is reached by a long push of the left button. If a different screen appears then, swipe either left or right as required to the Screen Wake setting.
