Sensors are not working

None of the sensors are working on my Fitbit Iconic with the exception of the calorie count.

The calorie count is simply math based on your activity Heart rate, etc.

You are saying no heart rate, no steps, no Variable Oxygen?

Thanks for your post. To better assist you with this, can you please share more information about the issue you're currently experiencing with your Ionic? Which sensors are not working? Is your Fitbit not tracking your stats (steps, floors, etc.) or the heart rate sensors are not working? More details will be appreciated.

I need help with this as well. My iconic sensors have stopped working. I have restarted. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have put my FitBit sensors back to factory settings, nothing is working!
