I had an Iconic watch that was synced to my email address. However the unit stuffed up and i have since received a replacement. I am trying to set up the new iconic watch with my existing email address connected to my iconic watch that has died. Is there anyway to do this? As i am having trouble setting up my new unit. Or do i need to use a different email address with this new watch?

Hello @lconic12 and a warm welcome. There are two things you need to do. First, be sure you have removed the old Ionic from your account. Second, remove the old Ionic from the list of Bluetooth paired devices on your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Now you should be able to set up the new device on your existing account. You do not want to set up a new account with a different email address. These accounts cannot be merged.
If this advice, does not work, please explain, in detail, where the set up gets stuck.
