Once or twice a week my Ionic is not picking up that I am in sleep mode - usually two hours late doing so. My sleep setting is "sensitive'.

This doesn't solve your problem but the sleep sensitivity is ignored for trackers with heart rate monitors.

I'm sorry to hear that your sleep is not always recorded properly. If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart to your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps.
